We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to grow, learn fast, and gain real experience in the IT world. You’ll become part of a team where projects actually move forward, communication is direct, and no two days look the same. You don’t need 10 years of experience — curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn matter much more. You’ll gain hands-on experience with software, hardware, and operational projects, work with clients and developers, and learn how IT projects work from the first call to production deployment. You’ll work in an international environment where quality, clear communication, and a human approach truly matter. Your main responsibilities:

1. Project management of SW, HW, and operational projects, including oversight of software product deployments in client environments.
2. Key account management, monitoring product development within client environments, and managing new client change requests.
3. Client communication, taking over assignments, monitoring, and evaluating project progress.
4. Collaboration with the Release Manager and Product Manager, and informing clients about product releases.
5. Managing product requirements, assigning tasks to development sprints, and resource planning.
6. Responsibility for the successful deployment and handover of projects/products.
7. Setting up and evaluating project profitability.
8. Shared responsibility for evaluating team members working on the project.
9. Working within a team of Project Managers.
10. Following project management methodologies and processes in collaboration with the PM team.
11. Creating project plans, assigning and managing tasks, and working with projects in JIRA.

Education level:

• Bachelor’s degree (1st level university degree)
• Master’s degree (2nd level university degree)
• PhD (3rd level university degree)

Field of study:

• IT / Technical field

Language skills:

• English — Upper-intermediate (B2)
• Hungarian — Upper-intermediate (B2)

Driving license:

• Category B

Experience:

• Project Manager in software development
• Minimum of 3 years of experience

Personal qualifications and skills:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software development, including software product deployment/delivery and close collaboration with clients, is required.

Additional requirements:

1. Technical background in IT and software development
2. At least 3 years of project management experience
3. Experience in client care and managing client requirements; pre-sales experience required
4. Experience managing a technical department and leading a team is an advantage
5. Experience managing software projects and international projects for commercial clients
6. Knowledge of project management methodologies is required; Agile experience is an advantage
7. Experience with integration projects
8. Knowledge of retail processes is an advantage
