A Salesforce Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience is responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The consultant serves as the bridge between business, data, and technology — transforming business goals into practical, measurable, and scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is expected and applied when aligning CRM processes with marketing campaigns and customer journeys, but the core of the role is Sales and Service Cloud advisory and delivery.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Conduct business analysis and gather requirements across sales and service processes.
- Translate business objectives into Sales Cloud solutions (lead and opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, pipeline, territory management).
- Design Service Cloud solutions (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge, entitlements, SLAs, self-service).
- Define the data model, security and sharing model, role hierarchy, and automation using declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, assignment rules).
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to align CRM data with campaigns, journeys, and consent management across clouds.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data synchronization; MuleSoft-based integration is an advantage but optional.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data security, and data governance standards.
